Created in the Michoacan tradition, these to-die for refreshing pops come in both water-based and cream based varieties. They’re way lower in sugar than “popsicles” and made without a bunch of junk and they burst with real fruit! Your guests will be overjoyed (and your employees will be back to work in no time at all!)
Here's what's included:
A 4 ounce gourmet Mexican paleta (popsicle) available in a dizzying array of flavors like Mango 'n Chili, Thai Tea, and Fresh Strawberry. Choose from over 50 (yes 50!) flavors! (Hint: click flavors above for full list of flavors!)
Our beautiful Bluebird cart and umbrella (lighted for evening events)
2 hours of service with one of our happy, uniformed employees (can supply multiple carts and servers)

+ 18% fee for server(s) applied to total food cost and does not include gratuity for servers
Unlike our competitors that charge a flat 20% fee for gratuity, we base our fair and equitable servers gratuity on your total food cost and number of guests and exclude any additional costs such as fuel surcharge/travel time. Gratuity for the servers ranges from $30 to $150 in general, with the average gratuity being $75-100.
