• Unlike our competitors that charge a flat 20% fee for gratuity, we base our fair and equitable servers gratuity on your total food cost and number of guests and exclude any additional costs such as fuel surcharge/travel time. Gratuity for the servers ranges from $30 to $150 in general, with the average gratuity being $75-100.
